Netris delivers software that runs on network switches plus a management platform that automates setup, configuration, and operations for neocloud and GPU cluster operators. Its platform provides network abstraction and hardware-layer isolation to enable multi-tenant GPU clouds while remaining vendor-agnostic and compatible with equipment used for both Nvidia and AMD servers. The company says its approach is hardware-accelerated rather than purely software-defined, and its core automation algorithms were developed over roughly eight years prior to the recent AI boom. Netris is live at more than 35 GPU clusters worldwide, representing about a million GPUs, and is used by customers including Lightning AI, Foxconn, Visionbay, HPE, TensorWave, and Telus. Nvidia recommended Netris to several customers after evaluating a demo of the technology. The company plans to expand hardware vendor support and product functionality as it grows its engineering and sales teams.
