Neuralk-AI builds AI models specifically designed to work on structured (tabular) data such as databases, spreadsheets, and CSVs. The company plans to offer its models as an API aimed at data scientists in commerce companies, targeting use cases like deduplication, data enrichment, fraud detection, product recommendation optimization, and sales-forecasting for inventory and pricing. Neuralk-AI positions its technology as an alternative to general-purpose LLMs, arguing those models are less suited to classical machine-learning workflows centered on tabular data. The team is actively developing its models and intends to test them with leading French retailers and commerce startups including E.Leclerc, Auchan, Mirakl, and Lucky Cart. Financially, the company announced a $4 million funding round led by Fly Ventures with participation from SteamAI and several business angels. Co-founder and chief scientist Alexandre Pasquiou said the startup will release a first model version and a public benchmark within three to four months and aims in September to be the best tabular foundation model for representation learning.
