ESpace Networks builds a software platform that gives operators of moving fleets visibility and control over connectivity service and users' quality of experience (QoE). The platform uses data and AI to measure and optimize passenger QoE and orchestrate connectivity service across multiple providers. The company says the world’s leading cruise lines and airlines use its software, and it launched products with Fortune 500 customers in the cruise and commercial aviation sectors over the past year. ESpace closed a $10 million Series A investment from Columbia Capital to further advance its leadership in intelligent connectivity management for moving things. The funding is intended to help the company scale the business and address a rapidly growing market need in satellite connectivity, per Columbia Capital. Rupert Pearce (former CEO of Inmarsat) and Walé Adepoju will join the board to support the company’s next stage of growth.
