Newzmate develops Traqli, a smart emailing platform that creates and delivers personalized news digests for digital publishers using semantic analysis, content curation and user behavior tracking. Traqli recognizes content topics, maps connections between articles and requires little time to assemble personalized emails, enabling publishers to scale individualized communication regardless of database size. The company claims Traqli increases click-through rates, page views and visit time by 200% or more. Newzmate currently sends over 20 million emails per month, provides more than 100 million recommendations, and is used by about a dozen publishers including Digital First Media, EurActiv and KyivPost. Founded in 2013 in Ukraine, the team previously raised $70,000 following an acceleration at Happy Farm. After attracting a $300,000 seed investment, Newzmate plans to expand in Europe and the U.S., enhance Traqli’s functionalities, and aims to reach $200,000 in revenue and 50 million monthly audience coverage by year-end.
