Overview

Next Station is a Paris-based HR startup that operates both a recruiting platform and a recruiting agency to help candidates find jobs abroad. Founded in 2018 and launched in 2019, the company connects international candidates and employers by allowing candidates to be discovered and by providing a collaborative team-based recruiting model. Next Station reports more than 100,000 candidate applications annually, works with about 200 top-tier European companies (including BDO, Back Market, and Transcom), and achieved 400% sales growth over the past 12 months. Its hiring approach combines technology with a team of over 30 recruiting experts who work in parallel to speed placements and improve employer branding for international hires. The new €1.5 million funding will be used to support expansion across seven markets — France, Spain, Germany, Austria, the UK, Portugal, and the Netherlands — and to double its multicultural team. Co-founders Blanca Montero and Nicolas Paulus emphasize scaling the platform to increase discoverability for candidates and to continue reinventing the recruiting agency model. Next Station is a Paris-based recruiting platform designed to simplify international hiring by aggregating job boards and recruiters into a single workflow. The platform delivers a selection of qualified candidates within 48 hours of posting and is already operational in Spain, France and Germany. It processes over 2,000 applicants per month from more than 110 nationalities who speak over 35 languages. The company aims to become a leading force in recruiting international talent and to connect talent with career opportunities beyond geographic boundaries. To support these plans it has raised €1 million from a group of European investors. The founding team includes Blanca Montero, Clement Aixala, Nicolas Paulus and Denis Fayolle. Next Station cites market inefficiencies and rising intra-European mobility to justify its opportunity in the €190 billion European recruiting market.
