The company conducts R&D at multiple locations, including an R&D center in Shizuoka and a C&M center in Yokohama, and has established research bases in Ireland to support international expansion. Nextage operates an e-commerce platform, “山葵人商店,” selling wasabi leaves, stems, and rhizomes. It plans to apply its automation technology to other high-value crops, accelerate the spread of container-type factories, and expand sales channels.
