The software handles on-site purchasing, purchase orders, approval workflows, invoice data capture, and vendor compliance, and integrates with customers’ ERP or general ledger systems. Additional modules, NexusCatalog and NexusVendorConnect, streamline purchase requisitions and help enforce purchasing policies. Nexus Payment Services facilitates vendor payments, ensures compliance with payment terms, improves vendor relations and enables early payment discounts. Clients include commercial and residential real estate firms and other high-invoice-volume industries such as healthcare, hospitality and construction. Launched in 1999 and led by CEO Tom Coolidge, the company is focused on expanding product capabilities and scaling customer operations. Nexus recently secured new growth capital to support those efforts.
