Founded in 2015, Nexusbe designs ALD equipment and proprietary gas-injector technology that enables nanometer-scale precise thin-film deposition. Its ALD systems are applied across semiconductors, displays, high-efficiency solar cells and secondary-battery electrode and separator coatings, and the company supplies equipment to more than 70 universities and research institutes. Nexusbe established a sales subsidiary in China last year and is expanding local commercial efforts in response to the Chinese solar-cell market. The company reported successive institutional financings since 2021 and has a cumulative funding total of 290억 won following the completed Series C. Management plans to accelerate ALD technology development and scale mass-production deployment, and is preparing for a KOSDAQ IPO with joint lead managers already appointed.
