Nexwell Power focuses on conceiving, developing and operating solar photovoltaic projects that are fully integrated with battery energy storage systems (BESS). Its current 248 MWp portfolio spans seven PV plants in Andalusia and Aragón that will incorporate over 870 MWh of storage. Several of these plants have reached mechanical completion, while others are under construction and set to begin delivering clean electricity over the coming months. Once operational, the portfolio is expected to generate about 500 GWh of renewable power annually and provide 319 GWh of on-demand electricity in a 24/7 scheme, avoiding roughly 200,000 tonnes of CO₂ each year. Nexwell Power’s strategy centers on combining renewable generation with flexible storage to enhance reliability, competitiveness and price stability for customers. Battery approvals are progressing, with resolutions anticipated from the first quarter of this year. To date, the company has secured more than €500 million in capital and debt financing to support its growth plans.
