Nice Plans Studio is a lean, 21-person distributed game studio headquartered in Cyprus, focused on physics-driven mobile multiplayer shooters. Its current flagship, Ricochet Squad, emphasizes action, tactics and autofire and has outperformed the studio's prior hit in ARPU, retention and early monetisation during soft launch. In 2024 the game doubled early retention to match top shooter benchmarks, and in 2025 it achieved a near top-percentile player-to-payer conversion rate (4–5% on day one), onboarding thousands of new players. Technically, the studio runs a full game simulation on the server to enable synchronized, real-time destruction across players. The founders, Roman Malakhov (CEO) and Dmitry Koblyk (Game Director), have eight years working together and previously built Tacticool, described as a $90 million mobile-native shooter installed more than 30 million times. Going forward, Nice Plans plans to expand its gameplay formula with a chemistry engine (fire, ice, etc.), vehicles and a broader portfolio strategy grounded in physics-driven combat.
