Nilo Saúde offers a white-label SaaS platform focused on patient relationship management, telemedicine and data-driven decision support to improve care journeys and engagement. The company integrates communication via WhatsApp, delivers digital care and supplies a multidisciplinary care team for clients without their own support staff. Nilo sells primarily to B2B customers, including operators, brokers, self-managed plans and hospitals, and counts Grupo NotreDame Intermédica, Porto Seguro and Leve Saúde among its partners. The startup plans to invest the new capital in developing technological solutions for digital care management and in hiring, currently advertising more than 30 open positions. Financially, the company has secured a R$55 million Series A and had previously raised R$10 million from investors including Canary, Maya Capital and angel backers.
