Botai Group builds vehicle‑telematics products and services, including its "擎感 I.P.D.A" platform. Over the past two years the company has invested more than RMB200 million in R&D to develop that platform. It has also recruited senior talent from the auto industry, including Volvo China chairman Shen Hui and former telematics leaders from Mercedes and PSA. Founder Ying Yilun confirmed the company completed an A round financing of RMB120 million. The company says the funding is related to its planned listing and to support continued product and team investment. Heavy recent spending and senior hires have driven a substantial capital need.
