It produces digital and physical media channels and uses proprietary technology and structure to enable advertisers to influence every household or business in a locality. Its flagship is The Reader, a print local magazine mailed to 390,000 people in 17 Inland Empire cities. The Reader is complemented by a digital/mobile channel that is updated in real time. Noble Media raised $200k in funding from the Valley Economic Development Center (VEDC). The company intends to use the capital to execute its growth plan in America.
