Overview
Nocnoc provides a platform where international sellers upload product catalogs and begin selling across 16 Latin American marketplaces, with a potential reach of nearly 500 million consumers. The company manages listings, marketing campaigns, customer communication, delivery logistics, cancellations and returns for merchants. It typically pays sellers every 15 days in local currency, shortening payment timelines versus the 40–50 day wait sellers often face. Nocnoc has introduced over 180,000 exclusive products from more than 1,200 international sellers and in the past 12 months grew gross merchandise volume 3x while adding seven marketplaces and expanding in Mexico, Colombia and Chile. The company is headquartered in Uruguay and maintains offices in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, China and Spain. Planned product and operational investments include additional fulfillment centers and an "Advanced Payments" product to accelerate seller payouts to an average of three to five days, with cancellations and returns covered. nocnoc provides a single seller center that lets global sellers upload items in US dollars or RMB while the company handles listings, pricing (shipping, taxes, commissions), customer communications, and last-mile delivery across Latin America. The platform publishes items in nocnoc-owned megastores and manages product listings across multiple local marketplaces, including integrations with MercadoLibre, ViaVarejo, Americanas and Walmart. Since launch the company has integrated with 17 marketplaces, giving sellers access to roughly 300 million digital buyers in the region. nocnoc was founded in 2018 by Ilan Bajarlia, Joaquin Colella, and Diego Szilagyi, who previously worked together at dLocal. The company says it lowers cross-border friction—customs, shipping, payments, store reputation, exposure algorithms and local support—that has kept global sellers out of Latin America. It will use the newly raised funds to continue improving its proprietary technology to help global sellers reach and sell to more customers.
