Nodar develops camera-based long-range 3D vision technology used in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles. Its flagship product, Hammerhead™, produces ultra-precise 3D point clouds from two or more cameras using patented algorithms that maintain alignment between independently mounted cameras. The alignment capability gives OEMs flexibility on camera placement while supporting SAE L2+ and L3 passenger vehicle ADAS as well as L4 trucks and robotaxis. Use cases cited include forward collision warning, path planning, automatic emergency braking, traffic jam assist, vulnerable road user detection, and parking valet systems. Led by CEO Leaf Jiang, the company plans to use the new funding for R&D, further productization of its core technology, and expanded sales and marketing initiatives.
