NoDesk AI was founded in 2025 by Song Jian, a former Alibaba and Tencent employee who previously founded an e-commerce DaaS company. The firm develops AI Agent technologies centered on its OpenClaw architecture and has packaged offerings including DeskClaw (personal and enterprise) and a suite of AI marketing products such as Marketing Flow and No Studio.
