NoiseAware provides a privacy-safe smart noise monitoring solution that alerts short-term rental owners to potential large gatherings in their properties. The system advises hosts to be prepared for holiday celebrations or other events that could cause noise issues. The company is led by CEO Andrew Schulz and COO Peter Taylor and is based in Dallas, TX. In June 2021 NoiseAware raised $8m in a Series A round to support growth. The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product innovation and market expansion. New board members include Eric Engineer from S3 Ventures and Stephanie Fuhrman, founder of Catalyst Innovation Lab and former Head of Innovation at Greystar.
