Nooklyn is a Brooklyn, N.Y.-based real estate tech startup operating Rooms & Mates (a social network for roommates), Nooklyn Apply (an apartment application tool), Nooklyn Pay (a digital payments platform) and soon Nooklyn Stay (monthly rent payments). The company is led by CEO and co-founder Harley Courts and CFO Moiz K. Malik. Nooklyn launched its platform in 2015 and has helped 25k renters move. It has processed $40M in rental payments and works with over 250 real estate agents exclusively for the startup. The platform attracts 49k renters every month. Nooklyn plans to expand its engineering, design, and data teams to build an end-to-end digital leasing product and to grow into Manhattan.
