Nota develops Helpfeel, an instant FAQ B2B SaaS designed to drive high self-service rates and reduce support costs; Helpfeel is currently available only in Japanese. The company also maintains Scrapbox, a networked wiki-like team information tool, and Gyazo, a screenshot capture tool. Helpfeel’s customers include Yahoo Japan Corporation, The Iyo Bank, 17LIVE, DeNA, Recruit Holdings and others. Nota says an English-language version of Helpfeel is coming soon. The company intends to use the new funding to expand sales and marketing and to boost growth of Helpfeel and its other products. Nota was founded in 2007 and is led by CEO Isshu Rakusai.
