Novatus offers En:ACT, a SaaS platform that helps banks, investment firms and other financial services providers manage complex data to meet reporting and compliance requirements. The product couples automation with human advisers who tailor the platform to specific use cases. Founders Andrew Hedley and Matthew Ranson started the company after seeing industry-wide problems in data transparency and risk at institutions like Vanguard, Prudential and Deloitte. The company serves roughly 30 major clients, including MUFG, NatWest Group, Revolut, Wellington, Allspring and Artemis. Novatus has offices in London and Sydney and plans to use new funding to invest in technology and expand into North America.
