Novatus offers En:ACT, a SaaS platform that helps financial institutions manage data for risk and regulatory reporting. The company was founded by Andrew Hedley and Matthew Ransom, who came from risk roles at Vanguard/Prudential and Deloitte respectively. Novatus pairs its automation with an advisory service of humans who tailor the platform for specific use cases. It serves some 30 major clients, including MUFG, NatWest Group, Revolut, Wellington, Allspring and Artemis. The company has offices in London and Sydney and plans to use new funding to invest in its technology and expand into North America. Novatus recently completed a $40M fundraise at a post-money valuation in the region of $150M.
