Founded in May 2025 by veterans of Unit 8200 and other elite Israeli cyber units, Novee has built a platform that marries offensive cyber tactics with proprietary AI models to automate penetration testing across applications, networks, and cloud environments. The system continuously scans for business-logic and other hard-to-find vulnerabilities, then guides customers through remediation, moving beyond purely diagnostic tools. Early adopters include technology firms such as K Health, HiBob, Reco, Cresta, Telit, and JB Poindexter, giving the eight-month-old company what it describes as “dozens of customers.” Novee currently employs 32 people split between Israel and New York and is in the process of expanding its U.S. office and sales presence. Management says the immediate roadmap is to broaden coverage from application security into full organizational penetration testing, positioning itself as a comprehensive solution akin to Wiz in cloud security. The founders emphasize that execution and customer acquisition, rather than additional fundraising, are the near-term priorities. To date, the company has secured $51.5 million in equity financing, providing substantial runway for product expansion and market growth.
