NowNow operates an end-to-end ecosystem of financial products for agents, individual consumers and small businesses, including agency banking, a consumer wallet, debit cards and value-added services such as insurance and lending. The company claims a network of more than 50,000 agents and serves about 200,000 customers, with a target of 1 million customers by December and 5,000 SMEs for its business-in-a-box solution. NowNow has developed NFC-enabled tap-to-pay technology (in pilot) and provides BaaS and white-label solutions to other fintechs and financial institutions. The firm reports it is on track to transact a GMV of about $5 billion by the end of the year across all platforms. With recently raised capital, NowNow plans to grow its platform, team and marketing, introduce new products across consumer, agency and merchant payments, and expand into African markets such as Angola and Liberia.
