NPHub operates a marketplace platform that matches nurse practitioner students with preceptors for required clinical rotations and connects NP graduates with employers. Since its 2017 founding the company has grown profitably and capital-efficiently while digitizing manual placement processes for students, universities and healthcare providers. Recent operating metrics include nursing student growth of more than 100% over the last 12 months and over 10,000 clinical rotation placements through the platform. NPHub is piloting a hiring service, NPHire, which has already attracted over 7,000 candidates and 60 employer early adopters. The company plans to use new capital to bolster its technology platform, build enterprise solutions and partnerships with universities and employers, and expand services across nurses’ career lifecycles. Leadership says these expansions will help scale placement and hiring capabilities to address growing NP demand in the U.S.
