Nubee is a Singapore-based mobile gaming company founded in November 2010 and led by CEO Tomokazu Ukishiro. The company has released eight free-to-download game titles, including Japan Life, Coin Pirates, and Coins VS Zombies. Those titles have attracted millions of active users monthly. Nubee completed an approximately US$13M first round of funding with JAFCO Co., Ltd. The funding will be injected through its Japanese parent, Vega Corporation Co., Ltd., and will enable Nubee to hire additional developers to create new social games. Vega Corporation is based in Fukuoka and operates e-commerce for casual furniture as well as the online site "Low-YA".
