Nuon
9903 South Santa Monica Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California, 90210, United States
Overview
Nuon builds a bring-your-own-cloud (BYOC) infrastructure platform to let SaaS vendors deploy applications into customers' cloud accounts (AWS, Azure) while keeping data isolated and providing a managed SaaS experience. The company was launched in 2021 by Jon Morehouse after he pivoted from PowerTools; its product formally launched in November 2023 and operated in stealth until now. Nuon's tools target companies that otherwise manually deploy into customer clouds, a process Morehouse says is expensive and hard to scale. Many early customers are AI startups using BYOC to differentiate and win enterprise deals that require software to run in a customer's cloud. Nuon plans to exit beta by the end of the first quarter, is ramping up hiring, and is developing new products such as Nuon Action to let vendors deploy code into customers' clouds for debugging and management. The company announced it raised $16.5 million in funding from investors including Uncork Capital, M12, Mantis VC, and Redpoint Ventures.
