Nuport built a route-to-market automation platform that generates static route plans instantly and overlays live shipment tracking via an Android app, saving customers roughly three hours per day in delivery planning. The product targets manufacturers and distributors initially in Bangladesh, with plans to expand into local e-commerce and regional customers. The company plans to partner with freight forwarders to automate parts of their clients’ regional operations. Nuport intends to use the recent funding to accelerate product development, grow its engineering and sales teams, and expand its online presence. The team is nine people and emphasizes after-sales and customer service as a differentiator. Founders Fahim Salam and Chris Li previously worked on Loop Freight and founded Nuport in 2021.
