Nurse-1-1 provides a HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encrypted widget that embeds into digital health, at-home testing, and pharma apps to connect patients with a nationwide network of nurses and clinicians. Its network includes over 2,000 NPs, RNs, PAs and MDs who answer patient questions, drive education and help improve adherence. The platform facilitated more than 10,000 patient consultations through partnerships in 2021 and could connect a patient with a nurse in fewer than 8 seconds on average. In a diversion program, 95% of patients who initially thought they needed the ER chose more appropriate care after using the service. The company currently has a four-person team and plans to grow to 10 employees by the end of the year. Nurse-1-1 plans to use its product to broaden patient touch points in digital healthcare and pair patients across the globe with trusted nurses.
