Nuva Digital develops Nuva Finance, a marketplace-style platform that connects issuers and users of tokenized real-world assets to enable yield generation through vaults. When users deposit stablecoins like USDC into vaults, the platform issues nvAsset tokens representing proportional ownership; vault returns are reflected in nvAsset token prices over time. The platform is self-custodial and initially planned vaults (nvYLDS and nvPRIME) backed by two of Figure Technologies’ on-chain RWA assets: YLDS (a U.S. SEC-registered yielding stablecoin security) and HELOCs, the latter issued by Figure Lending LLC which has funded over $16 billion to date. Nuva Digital is co-incubated by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs (formerly Provenance Blockchain Labs). The company has announced plans for a NUVA utility token but has not disclosed timing or specific token mechanics. Management has not provided a launch timeline for the Nuva Finance platform.
