Nvelop is developing an AI-native platform to automate and streamline enterprise procurement, covering the full sourcing lifecycle from requirement drafting and RFP generation to proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. The product features a chat-first, transparent interface to help teams run complex sourcing processes efficiently. Founded in 2024 and based in Helsinki, Finland, Nvelop was started by Mikko Valorinta, Nithin Nadagouda, and Ilkka Uuhiniemi. It raised €1.2 million in a seed round led by Failup Ventures with continued participation from Antler. The company will use the funds to expand its engineering team, drive product innovation, and scale go-to-market operations.
