NXT Capital originates and manages structured financing solutions for U.S. middle-market companies through its Corporate Finance and Real Estate Finance groups. The firm also manages third-party capital via an asset management platform, offering primarily first‑lien senior secured loans. Investment products include levered and unlevered funds, separately managed accounts and CLOs. Its investor base comprises public and private pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations and other institutional investors. Since its formation in 2010, NXT has originated over $18 billion across 600+ transactions and has approximately $11.4 billion of committed capital. The company is led by Chairman and CEO Robert Radway. NXT recently expanded its relationship with Aflac to manage a portfolio of commercial real estate mortgage loans.
