ObjectBox builds a fast edge database designed for IoT and mobile devices, enabling local storage and processing for efficient, fast, and secure data management. The database is smaller than 1MB, making it suitable for mobile apps, small IoT devices, and IoT gateways. The company is led by CEO Dr. Vivien Dollinger and CTO Markus Junginger. ObjectBox operates out of Munich and London and is an alumnus of the 2017 London TechStars accelerator. It plans to use the newly raised capital to continue to expand operations.
