ObserveIT plans to use new funding to accelerate product innovation and expand sales and marketing to support global growth. ObserveIT is a provider of user activity recording and auditing software that delivers a software-only complete visual log and in-server video playback. Its solution is used by more than 800 corporations in over 70 countries and the company has grown over 3,500% in the past five years. ObserveIT's product helps customers solve compliance, security, and IT operational problems by showing who did what with contextual video playback for speedy issue resolution. Customers span financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, government and gaming, including GE Money, ING, Toshiba, Xerox, Coca-Cola, Samsung, T-Mobile, Vodafone, UPS, Fujitsu and Cisco. The company partners with software vendors such as Citrix, CA and IBM to extend its reach. ObserveIT said it will use the new funding to expand its U.S. headquarters and to accelerate product development, sales and marketing.
