Ocus is a Paris-based provider of an API-first platform augmented with machine learning and image recognition to deliver optimized, intelligent images. Its platform automates and streamlines image production and can deliver intelligent images within hours or days. The company combines its technology with a global community of 30,000 image creators (photography, videography, and drone) to service clients across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Ocus focuses on enterprise customers and is the technology partner to brands including Google, Radisson, Grubhub, Yemeksepeti and Foodpanda. Led by co-founder and CEO Thibaud Lemonnier, Ocus closed a $24M funding round and said it will further invest in product development and engineering. The company plans to use the funding to expand its market presence worldwide.
