Oda Studio offers an AI- and CGI-driven platform that automatically enhances real-estate photos, stages interiors with furniture and décor, and selects optimal cover images to maximize listing engagement. The product is available as a dashboard for smaller clients (under 200 listings per month) and an API for larger property managers and marketplaces. Founded and run by three MIT graduates, the company applies computer-vision, border-detection, and segmentation models to apply selective improvements and personalize visuals to user preferences. Since launching in May 2021, Oda’s technology has processed more than 1 million images and the company has acquired customers across three continents, including the U.S., Mexico and Turkey. Oda says it is projected to double its revenue by January of next year and plans to use recent funding to expand its global reach among property managers, brokerages and marketplaces.
