Odeko

241 Centre St. 3rd Fl., New York, NY, 10013, United States

Overview

Odeko provides a unified operations and technology portal that lets independent coffee shops, cafes, and other F&B businesses purchase supplies, track ordering trends, finance equipment, and receive local delivery. The platform connects customers to hundreds of national and local brands and offers direct-to-fridge/shop delivery up to seven days a week. Odeko serves more than 14,000 customers and operates warehouses in 15 major U.S. markets while serving the rest of the country via e-commerce. The company says customers using its portal can increase revenue, lower expenses and environmental footprint, and save on vendor management time. Odeko plans to use new capital to add services and cost savings for customers, acquire complementary businesses, and build out its leadership bench and technology offerings. Recent moves include the acquisition of Butter Insurance to provide tailored insurance solutions and senior hires from U.S. Foods and Roland Foods to accelerate expansion. Odeko offers smart operations software and supply‑chain tooling for independent coffee shops and cafés, enabling inventory management, data insights and purchasing from more than 400 vendors. The platform automates vendor ordering and procurement to reduce costs and environmental footprint while saving operators administrative time. Odeko works with roughly 10,000 small businesses and reports revenue growth of over 300% year‑over‑year. The company says customers can save up to 21% on cost of goods and reclaim up to 10 hours per week managing vendors. Odeko is active in 16 local markets (adding six markets in the past year, including Miami, Portland and Dallas) and is available across the United States via e‑commerce and other solutions. Management intends to use new capital to develop technology, scale operations, enter new markets and add adjacent offerings later this year.
