Odro provides a premium video recruitment product used by tens of thousands of recruiters and a client base of more than 700 agencies. The platform helps recruitment agencies streamline hiring processes and drive profitability. Since launching in 2015 with two full-time employees, the company has grown to over 40 staff and counts household recruitment clients including The Adecco Group, Robert Walters and Kelly Services. Odro has more than doubled in size every year and reported year-on-year ARR growth of 111% as of February 2021. Until this investment the company grew organically, reinvesting profits to scale. Leadership changes accompanying the funding include the appointment of Rob Crossland as chairman and Dougie Loan's promotion to CRO.
