Ofertia is a Catalan firm that distributes digital catalogs and flyers via mobile apps and the web. The company closed a second financing round of €500,000 from VC fund Finaves and the Botet family office. It previously raised €500,000 in the first half of 2012 from Bonial International Group, bringing total capital raised across both rounds to €1 million. The funds are earmarked for growth and consolidation of the business. Ofertia serves roughly thirty large-retail clients and reaches more than 12 million users each month through its apps and website. Pere Botet, an ex‑director of Caprabo, has joined Ofertia’s board as an expert advisor.
