OfferFit
399 Boylston Street, Floor 6, Boston, Massachusetts, 02116, United States
Overview
OfferFit builds an automated experimentation platform that replaces traditional A/B testing for lifecycle marketers using reinforcement-learning AI that continuously learns and adapts to customer actions. The product accelerates experimentation and personalization for campaigns including cross-sell, upsell, retention, referral, and winback. Enterprises such as MetLife, Foxtel Group, and Brinks Home have adopted OfferFit’s AI to automate experimentation. OfferFit said it will use the $25 million Series B to scale and invest heavily in product development, making the platform quicker and easier to deploy and giving marketers more tools to leverage automated experimentation insights. Investors and company statements indicate OfferFit is on pace to triple this year and has never churned a customer, with every existing customer either expanding or in active discussions to do so. The company positions its AI-driven approach as a response to rising customer-acquisition costs by making referral and targeted campaigns more efficient. OfferFit provides an AI-based platform that replaces manual A/B testing with self-learning reinforcement‑learning models (ensembles of contextual bandits) to automate personalized decisions on messages, channels, incentives, and timing. The company builds its own models and modeling framework using Python, NumPy, and TensorFlow, and runs containerized pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, GCS, GKE). Clients such as Brinks Home Security and Engie use OfferFit to increase campaign performance and save marketers hundreds of hours per year. Brinks reported a 200%+ increase in customer-retention performance and saw churn fall from 18.5% to 13% after deploying OfferFit across its roughly 1 million customers. With the new funding OfferFit plans to build the OfferFit Portal so customers can build custom reports and adjust configurations without engineering support. The company was founded in October 2020 by George Khachatryan and Victor Kostyuk and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
