Oji Life Lab provides a smartphone-based learning system for individuals and teams to improve performance by boosting emotional intelligence. The app experience includes fifty bite-sized learning steps, live group sessions with an Oji Coach via integrated video-conferencing, one-on-one coaching, text chat with coaches, and a library of written and video resources.
