Founded in 2015 and led by CEO Skyler Bissell, Oleo designs water-soluble CBD products for the active lifestyle community. The company uses proprietary, patent-pending micro-encapsulation technology to convert 100% THC-free pure CBD into a taste-free powder called OleoCBD™. Its product lineup includes powdered beverage mixes such as Original Mix, offered in single-serving On-The-Go packets and multi-serving jars. Each serving contains 25mg of OleoCBD™ combined with functional ingredients like freeze-dried coconut water and real rooibos and black tea, available with or without caffeine. The mixes dissolve quickly in cold or hot water for easy consumption throughout the day. Oleo recently secured $1.5M in funding and plans to use the proceeds to accelerate expansion through product innovation, strategic hires, and facility improvements.
