OLTA operates an online factoring service branded as Cloud Factoring and a cloud-based invoicing platform, INVOY, aimed at providing end-to-end invoicing, payment and cash flow management for SMEs. The company has secured strategic integration with Resona Group banks to roll out Cloud Factoring across four banks and expects to expand its partner financial institution network to more than 50 partners nationwide. INVOY will be integrated with Resona’s account linking and payment settlement capabilities to enhance platform banking features. Financially, OLTA’s equity funding now totals ¥7.05 billion and its cumulative capital including debt is ¥10.73 billion following the ¥2.5 billion allotment. OLTA plans to deploy the new capital to accelerate product development and to grow its engineering and business development teams while preparing for an initial public offering.
