Olympic Career Training Institute (OCTI) is a Department of Labor–approved training provider focused on preparing commercial truck drivers through small class sizes and experienced instructors. The school was created in 2010 and serves the Memphis community and broader Tennessee logistics market. OCTI aims to become the leading training provider for the Regional Aerotropolis as the region develops integrated air, rail, truck and barge logistics. To increase access and align incentives with outcomes, OCTI plans to offer Income Share Agreements (ISAs) to students. The company partnered with Leif to design, originate and manage its ISA program and to streamline origination and program management workflows. OCTI secured growth financing to support this expansion of tuition financing and to scale enrollment access.
