The platform enhances communication and replaces the need for multiple software solutions, and is configurable to serve additional industries. Co-founded by CEO Scott Petersen and president and COO Charles Lukens, the company is based in the Silicon Slopes region of Utah. Omadi plans to use the new funding to expand its sales, product development, and client success teams. The company has raised more than $6m in total. Its immediate focus is scaling commercial operations and product capabilities to grow adoption across target verticals. Omadi is a Utah-based company that develops mobile app-based software and cloud CRM for service industries, including security, towing and repossession. Its app supports paperless reports, on-duty task assignments, photo management and GPS tools and is compatible with iOS and Android. The platform provides visibility into operations of distributed workforces, offering easy-to-use frontline tools and detailed reporting for management. Peak Ventures led a $700,000 investment in the company, and Peak Ventures partner Jeff Burningham joined Omadi’s board. Peak Capital Partners, a sister company with relationships across multifamily property managers, is working to roll out Omadi across its nationwide apartment portfolio to expand the company’s customer base. The investor noted Omadi is well positioned to leverage that real estate portfolio to drive growth in its target service-industry markets.
