Omega Seiki Mobility manufactures electric commercial vehicles and counts customers including Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé. The company is expanding manufacturing capacity in Faridabad and Pune and aims to increase its dealer and service network to about 250 touchpoints by FY28 from roughly 150 currently. OSM reported FY26 revenue of about ₹333 crore, 13% revenue growth year-on-year, profit after tax of ₹7.3 crore and an EBITDA margin of 7.7%. The promoter group, led by founder-chairman Uday Narang and the Anglian Omega Group, holds around 73% of the company. OSM is evaluating a path to the public markets and management has previously discussed raising ₹400–500 crore to finance growth. Recent fundraising activity brought in ₹100 crore from external investors across two back-to-back rounds to support manufacturing, R&D and network expansion.
