Omnio operates a platform across banking, payments and loyalty services. The company completed a major balance sheet restructuring that converted more than €30 million of debt into equity and included a new equity issuance. The transaction substantially reduced leverage, strengthened the balance sheet and enhanced financial flexibility. Achilles Capital, Omnio’s majority investor, played a central role in supporting the restructuring and worked closely with Omnio’s leadership and investors. Management says the move positions Omnio to pursue its long-term growth strategy across its core markets and to create sustainable value for shareholders. The company presented the milestone as reinforcing investor confidence in its platform and future plans.
