Overview
Omnipack is a Warsaw-based full-service logistics and fulfillment operator founded in 2017. The company provides end-to-end, full-stack fulfillment operations and technology aimed at giving merchants scalable, Amazon-grade experiences without managing warehouse space, workforce or capacity planning. Omnipack positions a central- or western-Poland hub as a way to serve multiple countries from one location, reducing operational costs and working capital for clients. The startup has partnerships with Shipbob (operations partner since January 2022) and cooperates with Amazon roll-up Factory14 to help scale brands. Management says the fresh capital will be used to scale quickly to meet expanding e-commerce demand and to let merchants focus on core competencies instead of logistics. The business emphasizes frictionless growth, competitive shipping rates and lead times as key elements of its value proposition. Omnipack operates fulfilment and logistics services for ecommerce clients, enabling same-day delivery across Europe. The company has grown its international footprint so that nearly half of its revenue comes from foreign clients. Omnipack raised another €2.5 million last month, bringing total funding to €5 million, and intends to use the capital for cross-border expansion and technology improvements. Planned investments include progress into the DACH market, expansion of warehouse capacity (including plans for two new 6,500m² sites), a new three-language website and a new warehouse management system. Management said the funding will support growth and help the business achieve profitability in 2021. The company was founded in 2016 and is based in Poland.
