Omnipresent Group is a London-based provider of a tech-enabled platform that manages the complexity of international employment for clients and remote workers. The platform handles payroll, benefits, compliance and taxes for employees working across borders. Led by Matt Wilson and Dr Guenther Eisinger, the company offers an employment solution that enables companies to hire and manage remote staff without local legal entities. In November 2020 the company raised $2M in seed funding to support growth. Omnipresent intends to use the funds to expand its coverage to 80 markets by the end of 2020. The company’s current focus is geographic expansion and scaling its employer-of-record capabilities.
