Founded in 2025 by Franck Le Tendre and Olivier Martineau, Omny has built an online property marketplace that replaces keyword searches with a conversational AI assistant. The system first analyzes a buyer’s budget, priorities and constraints, then refines recommendations through an iterative dialog before presenting suitable homes. Each listing is automatically augmented with data from roughly 50 external sources covering schools, transit and neighborhood quality, and computer-vision software parses listing photos to surface additional attributes. Omny already hosts about 800,000 property ads and is targeting the one-million mark in the near term. Management aims to generate 65,000–100,000 qualified introductions between buyers and real-estate agents by the end of 2026. Revenue comes from a cost-per-contact model that charges agents €5–€50 depending on lead quality. The company recently secured €750,000 in pre-seed funding to accelerate product rollout and user acquisition.
