Led by CEO John Wakeman, the company serves enterprise customers including Arla, Bacardi, British Sugar, CEVA, DB Schenker, Heinz, Kellogg’s, Kimberly‑Clark, Medtronic, Smiths Medical, Stryker, Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever. In July 2014 OmPrompt raised £2.5m in funding from Albion Ventures alongside Shackleton Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and marketing and to forge strategic partnerships with BPOs and BPMs among other initiatives.
